From 31st January to 2nd February 2017, we were thrilled to be part of the 2017 edition of the international event Pinot Noir NZ, described as “the best Pinot Noir event on the planet” and which took place in Wellington. More than 600 Pinot Noir fanatics (trade and media) flew especially to taste the best Pinot Noirs from 115 New Zealand wineries. On this very special occasion, we had the great pleasure to have Arnaud Bourgeois from Sancerre on our side to showcase our Pinot Noirs over these three intense days of tastings, talks and Kiwi cuisine.
17 years on from the beginning of Clos Henri Vineyard’s adventure, it was a good opportunity for Arnaud to share with media and trade how great a family journey it has been all the way from Sancerre to Marlborough, and tell them more about our Clos Henri Pinot Noir 2014 which we have just released.
This event was without any doubt a great opportunity to reveal the excellence and rising potential of New Zealand Pinot Noir.
