A Morning of Serenity - Yoga at Clos Henri

Join us for a mindful and relaxing morning of outdoor yoga at our stunning Cellar Door, led by Nadine Hickman from Embody Studio.

We'll be connecting our breath with movement in flowing yoga sequences, stretching every part of the body while switching off from our busy minds, and ending with a deep rest and relaxation. There'll be options given, making the session suitable for all levels of experience.

Conclude your class with a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic beverage) while soaking in the sunshine and stunning views.

About Nadine: 

I fell in love with yoga at the very first class I attended at age 17. I vividly remember the feeling after the class. I felt calm and centered, lighter, longer, taller. A few years and many classes later I set off to Thailand for an intensive live-in yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga. At the forefront of our teacher training was the importance of our own personal practice, living yoga myself is key to authentically passing yoga on to others. There was no doubt I wanted to share this love with others. I taught yoga consistently up until having my children and while I've come and gone from teaching since then, my own personal practice has always been an integral part of my life - it ticks some many boxes for my physical and mental wellbeing.
