When the Bourgeois family established Clos Henri in Marlborough in 2000, bringing generations of Sancerre winemaking tradition to New Zealand, they were guided by a simple philosophy: “An Art, a Passion, a Tradition.” Today, this founding motto remains our guiding mantra, shaping everything from our organic viticulture to the warm welcome at our cellar door.
To celebrate creativity in all its forms, we are thrilled to host a rotating showcase of talented Marlborough artists at our Cellar Door this summer.

We invite you to immerse yourself in the creative spirit of our region. Discover local artists and learn what inspires their work, all while savouring a guided tasting of fine Clos Henri wines overlooking the stunning Marlborough landscapes that inspire us every day.
We are launching our summer series with an incredible mother-and-daughter duo: Caroline della Porta and Made with Grace (Gloria della Porta). Bringing together two generations and two distinct artistic perspectives, their captivating work has transformed our tasting room into a vibrant gallery where fine wine and fine art take center stage.

Throughout October and November, visitors can admire Caroline’s compelling exhibition, ‘The 12’, alongside Gloria’s exquisite handcrafted jewellery collection.
