Damien is the face of Clos Henri in Marlborough. Together with the Bourgeois family, Damien brought the best of his French winemaking heritage to New Zealand to be the on-site winemaker of Clos Henri. His passion, enthusiasm and attention to detail instill great dedication and commitment from his successful young team.

Lara's is a love for every aspect of wine - from spending long, hot summers tending the vines; cool autumns caring for the ferments in the winery or out on the road sharing her passion for Clos Henri wines - she thrives on wearing many different hats.

Passionate about organics and biodynamics, it only made sense for her to find her way to Clos Henri.

When not at work, you'll find her climbing mountains, running on trails or distilling at home.

Selin's love of wine took her from Turkey to France, where she immersed herself in the art and science of winemaking.

Now at Clos Henri, she keeps the winery running smoothly, ensuring the best expression of the terroir through the bottle.

Travel is her other big passion - when she's not in the winery, she is off exploring, always with a glass of wine in hand!
