Dancing a fine line of purity and boldness, Waimaunga Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a result of the natural forces that helped it come to be. Layers of weathered, windblown clays are reflected through swirls of salinity and ripe citrus, giving rise to a generous yet refined organic wine.
Serve with cheese selections with a focus on blues and rich creamy goat’s cheeses or alongside a pear and rhubarb crumble.
